If I could give them more I would, Jared came out to clean our tank and said that he was just here a year ago with the previous owner and just inspected the level and said we were good. Sub zero temps, move into a new house and wake up with plugged drains. I called 5 services before I found Watkins. Came out in sub zero temps. I didn't have risers so they advised me to thaw the ground. I chose charcoal for over a day. Jared and Joe came out and fully emptied the tank and cleaned out my drain lines in sub zero temps. Best service of my life. Watkins is now my Septic service for life. Here's pic after risers installed/dirt back in and what I had to do to thaw the ground since I didn't have risers.

Our alarm on our septic tank was going off due to a faulty pump in the pump chamber. Originally had called over 10 other companies and not a single one called me back except Watkins. Came out told me exactly what was needed, removed the old pump, installed a brand new one and took care of the problem in a very timely manor.
