Watkins will be our go-to for any future needs, and I would recommend them highly to anyone with septic issues.Initially, they came out for an emergency septic draining on a Saturday afternoon. I called many other places; most didn't answer, and none could be out before Monday. Joe showed up within a couple of hours, even though it was his day off, and was able to get things pumped out.About a week later, the tank filled again and it was clear the septic field was failing and would need to be replaced. Watkins came out, performed the perc testing, drew up the site plans, got the permits, and performed all the work in a matter of weeks (most of which was time spent waiting for permits).Everyone we spoke with, from the office staff to the field staff, was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was incredibly fair for both the septic draining and the full septic field replacement. Great company to work with!

They returned my voicemail within minutes and sent the owner, Joe, out right away.What happened next honestly blew me away.Joe discovered a second septic field that the homeowner didn’t even know existed. We thought the entire system needed to be replaced, but Joe found the second tank within minutes and saved the day—and the deal. I can't stress enough, how wonderful this company is. We had (what we thought was an emergency) issue. They responded to my voicemail in minutes. They sent someone within a few hours. The young man that came was so professional and honest. As it turned out, we did not need our tank pumped and he told me that immediately. I would not have known this and would have gladly paid him to do it. He did not even charge me a service fee for his time. To find a company with this level of integrity is very rare in this day and age. We will recommend them to everyone we know that needs septic services.

If I could give them more I would, Jared came out to clean our tank and said that he was just here a year ago with the previous owner and just inspected the level and said we were good. I'm sure this isn't an everyday occurrence but for us it was. Thank you for being honest when this crazy world isn't always honest. The entire Watkins team was amazing! I left a message first thing this morning, and had a return call within 15 minutes. Carly answered all my questions and shared all the information I needed. She was even able to schedule service in the same day! Jared explained everything before, during and after the process, which was a huge help since I wasn't very familiar with how it all worked. Sub zero temps, move into a new house and wake up with plugged drains. I called 5 services before I found Watkins. Came out in sub zero temps. I didn't have risers so they advised me to thaw the ground. I chose charcoal for over a day. Jared and Joe came out and fully emptied the tank and cleaned out my drain lines in sub zero temps. Best service of my life. Watkins is now my Septic service for life. Here's pic after risers installed/dirt back in and what I had to do to thaw the ground since I didn't have risers.

Our alarm on our septic tank was going off due to a faulty pump in the pump chamber. Originally had called over 10 other companies and not a single one called me back except Watkins. Came out told me exactly what was needed, removed the old pump, installed a brand new one and took care of the problem in a very timely manor. They are very knowledgeable, very respectful and always put their customers first. I will never call another company again for my septic tank needs.
