The entire Watkins team was amazing! I left a message first thing this morning, and had a return call within 15 minutes. Carly answered all my questions and shared all the information I needed. She was even able to schedule service in the same day! Jared explained everything before, during and after the process, which was a huge help since I wasn't very familiar with how it all worked. He was done within an hour or so. I cannot thank Watkins enough for their excellent customer service, expedited scheduling and the overall experience. We will definitely refer our friends and family to you, and look forward to having you back out in a couple years.

Sub zero temps, move into a new house and wake up with plugged drains. I called 5 services before I found Watkins. Came out in sub zero temps. I didn't have risers so they advised me to thaw the ground. I chose charcoal for over a day. Jared and Joe came out and fully emptied the tank and cleaned out my drain lines in sub zero temps. Best service of my life. Watkins is now my Septic service for life. Here's pic after risers installed/dirt back in and what I had to do to thaw the ground since I didn't have risers.

Joe came out at 5pm on a Friday, 2 days after Christmas, in the rain to pump our septic (that was full)! Not only was he quick, he did a great job and was super nice. Great work, great communication and a great price for the work. Definitely recommend!! We’ll be using Watkins Septic again for sure, and will recommend to family and friends! Had them come out for septic clean out and riser install.They were fast and communicative.Jared was the technician that pumped our septic he was great and personable and a very happy guy. The riser install was the next day and was performed by the owner of the company he was great and personable as well. The riser was installed quickly.

Our alarm on our septic tank was going off due to a faulty pump in the pump chamber. Originally had called over 10 other companies and not a single one called me back except Watkins. Came out told me exactly what was needed, removed the old pump, installed a brand new one and took care of the problem in a very timely manor. They are very knowledgeable, very respectful and always put their customers first. I will never call another company again for my septic tank needs. If I could give them more than a 5 star rating, I 1000% would!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Thankful they were able to squeeze me in for emergency service when my toilet stopped wanting to flush. Sucked out my septic. Grateful I decided to call them since they were able to jet out my pipes that were clogged also. A bit pricey, but I'll take it after an 80% sludge filled septic.

However, the last two times I've tried to schedule maintenance, they've failed to call me back after submitting a request online and leaving a voice message. **Update**. Received a call from the owners and found they responded promptly. This oversight was my fault. Check your spam folder folks.

They are wonderful, my tank was full and coming out the lid I told them this and they came out that day, they used a mixer while sucking the tank out ( I've had others not use a mixer and it didn't get as cleaned) I will definitely use them again

Extremely happy with the service we received from Watkins.We had our septic tank pumped out.They were here within three days of initial contact.Communication was excellent. The driver called, as explained, when he was half an hour out.He was very efficient in exposing the tanks with little damage to the yard.The price was exactly what was quoted and the driver was very knowledgeable and professional.I will definitely use them in the future and recommend their services.
